Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to ship from the time payment is received, unless noted otherwise. Made to order items are noted in item description. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time payment is received for those items to ship.
Standard shipping for domestic orders ship free with tracking via USPS First-Class Mail. Delivery is typically 3-4 days.
Priority shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7 with a tracking number.
International shipping is not available at this time, thank you for understanding.
Express Shipping is available via USPS Express at a rate of $25. Express orders come with a tracking number and will move to the top of our priority list.
GIANTLION cannot be held responsible for any items lost or stolen during transit, thank you for understanding.
Packaging
All orders are shipped gift ready in a sweet paper gift box. Items are packaged individually. If you would like to reduce the amount of packing in orders with multiple items, please let us know in the notes section of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us upon receiving. Items purchased on www.shopgiantlion.com may be exchanged or returned for store credit towards a future purchase. Item must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and postmarked within 10 days of the delivery of your order. Please contact us through hello@shopgiantlion.com with your order number to begin the return or exchange process. All sales are final for all sale or custom items.
GIANTLION, LLC cannot be held responsible for items shipped to us, therefore, it is suggested all returns are shipped using a trackable mail service. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Repair
GIANTLION will repair any jewelry purchased through www.shopgiantlion.com
free of charge within 1 year of purchase. Products purchased over 1
year are subject to repair fee based on the materials and nature of
repair. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges. Please e-mail us at hello@shopgiantlion.com for more info.
Product Care
GIANTLION jewelry is carefully handmade in our Virginia studio and each piece will vary slightly and be totally unique to you. As with all handmade jewelry, our items are delicate, so please treat with care.
Sterling Silver, Bronze, and Brass will naturally oxidize over time due to exposure to body oils, moisture and humidity. To discourage this, please avoid contact with water, lotions, and heavy perfumes and remove jewelry before going to sleep. Store jewelry in an airtight bag or box to minimize tarnishing and damage when not in use. Restore your jewelry to the original shine with the appropriate polishing cloth.
Gold-Fill or Gold-Plated jewelry should be treated and cleaned with care to keep your piece looking its best. Gently clean with a soft cotton cloth.

Terms & Discrepancies
We do our absolute best to accurately represent our products with our photographs. Please be advised that there may be some variations in size and color in our products due to camera and computer discrepancies and due to the nature of the natural stones and metal in our pieces. Each piece is handmade and will vary slightly. Please be advised that pricing is subject to change based on the fluctuation of the current precious metals market. We are unable to match previous pricing or sales and promos.
